  • Contact our customer support team immediately, and no later than 3 days after delivery.
  • Provide your Order ID and clear photos or a video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund.

3. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To return an item, please follow this simple process:

  1. Initiate the Return: Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Send the Item Back: You may be asked to ship the product back to us. In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method (e.g., Easypaisa, Bank Transfer) or another agreed-upon method.
  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after it has been processed.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or a mobile wallet service.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
